The Milford Sound Underwater Observatory is New Zealand’s only floating underwater observatory and offers a spectacular insight into this unique marine reserve. they have a range of transport options including coaches and scenic flights, as well as a shareholding in Milford Sound Lodge.

Southern Discoveries recognises the importance of preserving the natural environment, and is hugely committed to the protection of the fiord flora, fauna and wildlife through the Sinbad Sanctuary Project, in partnership with the Department of Conservation and Fiordland Conservation Trust.
